Athlone Pharmaceuticals Hospital Pharmacy Team of the Year highlights that there are many key elements to building a productive team, including communication and cooperation. Good communication means everyone is aware of their own responsibilities and what the team’s goals are whilst co-operation leads to increased productivity. A team that excels is the one who, together, endlessly work to improve their efforts. They comprehend the importance of on-going improvements and how this helps support the overall objectives of the department.
